Ms. Veronica's pancakes
Mix together: dry powdered milk, oatmeal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon.
Then stir in airtight container: 1 cup of the above mixture, egg, milk, banana (or other ripe fruit) and sweetener to taste.
Drop by spoonful on lightly greased hot skillet. May cook pancakes ahead of time and store in freezer. Makes 8-10 4 inch pancakes.
