Quick & Easy Corn Soup
Spray a non-stick pan with a no-stick cooking spray. Saute vegetables on a medium-low fire until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except the shrimp and continue cooking for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the shrimp and cook 5-7 minutes more. This recipe makes six 1 cup servings.
