Description

Roasted Sweet Potatoes (France Fung)

Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 4 clv minced garlic
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 T pepper

Instructions

Preheat over to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together sweet lpotatoes, garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil. Make sure all the cubes are evenly coated with the oil . Transfer the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from over and stir to turn over potatoes. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
